Creating Prospect Records

  1. Navigate to the Customers App > Prospects feature.
  2. Click the Add New Prospect button.

  1. In the Add New Prospect form, complete all required fields (marked with an asterisk).
    1. Name Information, which can include prefix, first, middle, and last name, and suffix.
    2. Organization Information, including acronym and organization name.
    3. Contact Information, including email and phone.
    4. Associate the appropriate Prospect List. This list of options is configured under the Customers App > Setup > the Prospect Lists menu option.
  2. Click Save.
